MOGADISHU — The Faculty of Civil Aviation held a talk show titled “The Role of Women in Civil Aviation: Existing Challenges and Building a Long-Term Strategic Vision.”
The session highlighted the contribution of women to the aviation industry, examined the challenges that still exist, and discussed how a sustainable, strategic vision can be built to expand women’s participation in the sector.
The event was organized by members of the Faculty’s Student Union, who played a visible role in coordinating and delivering the occasion. The talk was presented by Eng. Hafsa Abdikarim, a lecturer at the Faculty.
