MOGADISHU — The Faculty of Civil Aviation at Mogadishu University held its annual training, the FCA Annual Leadership Excellence Program, which this year focused on the theme of “Student Leadership.”
The program was designed specifically to strengthen students’ leadership capacity by introducing them to modern approaches for leading their peers effectively. Students had the opportunity to learn practical techniques in leadership, teamwork and decision-making — skills that will help them become active leaders who contribute positively to the student body and to society.
The Faculty’s administration noted that the program is an important part of its plan to develop the quality of its students, and confirmed that it will continue to deliver trainings of this kind in order to build a generation of capable leaders.
The training was delivered by Dr. Sharif Osman, who shared valuable knowledge, experience and effective strategies on modern leadership with the students.
